WHO IS DERCA DERMA COSMETICS?
Derca is proudly a South African brand that allows affordable skincare with active ingredients to treat and improve skin health. Derca Cosmetics was officially launched in 2016. A multi-award-winning skincare brand with Nano & Lipo Technologies. We only use the best ingredients at the highest and purest form which treats acne, pigmentation, scarring and anti-aging within a few weeks.

MANUFACTURING AND DISTRIBUTION

Our brand is developed and manufactured in South Africa, with special equipment to sustain stability and stabilize consistency for 24 months.
SA Beauty & Hair Distributors is the main distributor of Derca and retails to salons and to consumers. Our brand is available in South Africa and Australia.

Derca was designed by a South African Somotologist and was signed off by doctors. It is so well accepted by the medical field that certain products have been deemed effective and qualified with Nappi codes. (These are codes you need to claim it back from certain medical aids).

We have a wide variety of products in our skin care range from face cleansers, eye treatments, skin peels, serums, and special creams with airless pumps systems to keep products fresh for 24 months.  

PRODUCT TESTING

We pride ourselves to have tested on volunteers from the ages of 16-55 years of age. We have done blind studies to prove that our products make a significant difference in the concern treated with no sensitivity or adverse reaction. We do not test on animals.

Our product has a shelf life of 24 months, once opened we recommend using your product within 6 months.

When you start using new skincare products you may experience some reactions.

Not everyone likes change, and that includes your skin, it just needs some time getting used to the new products.

There is a difference between an allergic reaction and a active ingredient reaction. Should you experience any stinging, rashes, redness and flakiness, we recommend that you stop using the product and contact your doctor for advice.

It is a good thing when you get breakout from a product, it just means it is working and you all the bad stuff underneath your skin is starting to come to the surface. Most skin concerns get worse before it gets better. But we do recommend that you slowly introduce your active serums to your daily skincare routine.

Should you reaction not get better, we advise the following options:

  1. Please send a picture of the reaction with a list of products used to [email protected]
  2. Start of using the product less and slowly introducing it to your skin by only using the product every 2 or 3rd day/night.

You may feel some mild tingling/ stinging during the peel, which is completely normal and indicates that the acid is beginning to work.  The heat sensation might get worse when wiping(neutralising) the peel , this is completely normal as your pH is being pushed back to create a healthy barrier, bringing with an increase in circulation(redness) and inflammation, this will normally disappear after 24 hours.

Subject to stock availability and receipt of payment, orders will be processed within 2-3 working days and handed over to a courier company for delivery. No deliveries is made on weekends and public holidays.

LA VAN BEAUTY SYSTEMS DERCA SA (PTY) LTD reserves the right to refuse the processing of payment for any order and/or to cancel any purchase, partially or completely, with notice given to you.

In such an instance we will be liable to reimburse you the Rand value paid only if you have already paid for the cancelled order and the payment has reflected in the LA VAN BEAUTY SYSTEMS DERCA SA (PTY) LTD bank account after the deduction of a 10% administration charge.

You are entitled to cancel, either in part or in whole, any purchase without incurring any administration fees if your order has not already been sent out with one of our courier companies.

Once your order is dispatched from our warehouse you will receive a delivery confirmation email or SMS once your order has been dispatched.

This will contain your tracking number(s), please allow 12 hours for tracking events to become available on the courier website.

The purchase transaction is less than R700 with standard delivery times – R99.

The purchase transaction is greater than R700 with standard delivery times – free of charge.

Delivery charges quoted above are subject to petrol price changes and/or price increases and may be updated as and when required.

We deliver Nationwide, if you reside in an area that no courier company covers, we will get in contact to you in regard to delivery.

Courier takes 3-4 working days, outlined areas can take up to 4-5 working days. Please note that if your parcel delivery falls over the weekend/public holidays then it may take longer.

All complimentary products, gifts, and sample sachets are exempt from this clause.

Returns: We accept returns up to 7 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. We will examine the condition of the goods being returned before making a refund or exchange.

Exchange: Should you want to exchange your products for something else. Shipping fees will be at your own charge. We will examine the condition of the goods being returned before making an exchange.

Damages: In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us withing 24 hours to let us know if the parcel and its contents is in anyway damaged or faulty. Please send an email with a detailed description of the damage and fault, your order number and pictures/video of the damaged or faulty product in question.
